Liked: + Location+ early check in and free locker+ guy from the reception+ comfortable bed + cleanliness
Disliked: - very noisy (ear plugs recommended)

Great location for airport bus,...

Liked: Location was great. Ideal if you are coming from the airport, bus stop across the road, metro across the road. Property was great there was a little courtyard with the room that was ideal for sitting outside if you just wanted to chill.
Disliked: Can’t think of anything really

Liked: Great hotel with a great location. Very helpful and pleasant staff. Always available tea and coffee is a very nice bonus. The hotel is clean and pleasant.
Disliked: The bed creaked with the slightest movement, but the mattress was comfortable.

Liked: Jose and other staff were very accommodating. We had a package pre-sent and it was available upon our arrival. Additionally, the original booking requested twin beds which were unavailable our 1st night but staff moved us the 2nd night to such a room.They informed us of the safer neighborhoods as were were unfamiliar with the area and 2 women using walking as our mode of transport.

Liked: The location was superb, close to the metro and different bus stops. The facilities were also clean and well maintained, but they could use a towel upgrade :)
