Liked: Breathtaking view, friendly staff. Easy to get to and offer flexible checkin and checkout.
Disliked: Property needs maintenance, saw some builders on site, so hopefully it will be better next time.

Liked: Love being able to sit and watch the water relaxing. 1st time visit in rotorua and love our stay!
Disliked: Unfortunately there were many teens running around on the deck yelling and making alot of noise late into the night 11pm + , no fault of the place though

Disliked: Wasn’t sure what time the spa pool was open to. No signs on door advising if we were allowed to use or not.

Liked: position was good and quiet easy parking our car in front of the door
Disliked: The bed was small and uncomfortable when one of us turned around it moved like a water bed which was far from acceptable we didn’t have a good nights rest
