Clean, comfortable, good service and...

Liked: Great value, large rooms, very nice hot breakfast. Great spa tub in private spot just outside the pool area.
Disliked: Exercise room located in a small outbuilding. Location a bit tricky to access.

Liked: The staff were very kind and helpful especially Melissa at front desk.Everything from morning breakfast to swimming pool in the evening clean and while maintained. Thank you
Disliked: Near main road, vehicle noise

Due to pet odor issues...

Liked: Friendly staff, clean pool and good quality breakfast!
Disliked: First room had such a strong foul pet odor that I had to request a new room. New room also with bad odor but was tolerable for the one night stay. I assume it’s the carpets that need replacing?

Disliked: There was a miscommunication somewhere between booking app and the hotel, I ended not getting the room that I booked.

Well fed, comfortable, and fun.

Liked: View from hotel room, close to lots of shops and restaurants, 24/7 pool and hot tub, free coffee tea and juice all the time, free popcorn part of the day, free cookies part of the day, continental breakfast.
Disliked: Pool water was chilly! Wish it was a heated pool :)

Liked: Clean room. Front desk check in was a nice gentlemen. Nobody was present at check out.
Disliked: Noisy. You can hear the people above use the restroom and every move they made. 100ft from a busy highway so that was also loud. Pool is small and covered in children, morning breakfast. I went at 9am and there was 2 strips of bacon and hard scrambled eggs left. Breakfast ends at 10am.

Sweet vacation.

Liked: They accommodated my needs. ground floor. End room close to outside door. a big dog. I wasn't sure how she would do. But she did very well. I worried if there was a lot of walking traffic by our door that she might bark. That's her job at home. As i'm deaf. Next Time I go up there to visit my cousin.I will stay here again. I used to deliver & pickup in area.. Never got to go wandering around. Retired longhaul driver.
Disliked: The bathroom the tub area should have at least one grab bar. Preparably two. Not Just handicapped people.Need something strong to hang on to sometime! Towel rods are never strong enough!

Disliked: Location was okay but we didn’t feel safe to leave our ski gear in the car…
