Perfect stay near the airport

Liked: Happy that it is located near the airport but not subjected to noise from the airport. Very pleased when I can have an early check in to my room after a 15 hour long flight. Great to have the shuttle to pick me up from airport to/fro hotel so that I do not have to worry about not getting to my early flight the next day. A very comfortable stay and thank you!

Exceptional

Handy for the airport, but...

Liked: The restaurant and bar areas and their staff were excellent. The free shuttle service to and from the airport was also great.
Disliked: The pillows were like sandbags. There was no water provided for the room, you had to either purchase it or go down stairs to the lobby lounge to fill a cup from a filtration unit. Also we didn’t know that housekeeping had to be requested, therefore having gone out early one morning we returned late to no clean towels and an unserviced room.

Liked: Minutes from the airport yet so much better than a typical “airport” hotel. Welcoming staff, large room with comfortable bed and view of gardens. Excellent on-site restaurant and bar. Easy and punctual airport shuttle. Many other small amenities that made our stay stress-free. Exceptional!

Disliked: The restaurant needs an updated menu! The quality does not justify the high prices!

Fantastic location and quiet, comfortable...

Liked: I thought the location was fantastic and so close to the airport. We didn't use the shuttle service but it looked very well run. The beds were so huge and the room itself was massive. The deep tub and bath salts were particular highlights. Don't miss out on the nature trails around the property. A local cat greeted us at the entrance and was so friendly. I had jet lag but the desk staff, in particular Jorge and Chelsea, and TJ were so friendly and helpful. The spa experience was amazing and worth every penny. I loved my massage with Eliza. Overall, it was a stunning place to stay after a long flight and I can't wait to go back.
Disliked: The room was a bit pricey and I wish a breakfast option would have been included instead of having to pay for breakfast separately in the restaurant.
