Liked: Excellent location and comfy room.Parking and lovely hot freshly cooked breakfast. Only 5mins from promenade. Plus plenty of local restaurants to choose from.
Disliked: Nothing. All was excellent.

We stayed two nights and...

Liked: The room was excellent and so much space. Our hosts made yummy breakfast and even a little early the day we took the tour. I would recommend this place to anyone staying in Llandudno.
Disliked: I can't think of anything that could have been better. The service was amazing!!

Liked: Brekkie was brilliant. Plenty of choice, everything wonderfully cooked by Chef Simon, nothing was too much trouble. As Tracey kept saying - "Just ask"

Lovely location and hostess

Liked: Excellent location, just under 10 minutes walk from the train station and the pier. The room was a nice size with high ceilings and there were special touches like tea, coffee and water in the room. The breakfast was yummy too.

Best place to stay in...

Liked: Everything. From the free parking space onsite to the restaurants nearby, the great breakfast, the really chic and comfortable rooms, the cleanliness and well equipped rooms, the luxury and clean atmosphere of Llandudno, the historical sites and beautiful nature nearby and last but definitely not the least the friendliness and support of hosts Tracey and Simon. We stayed here for four nights and this will be our place again for a next visit to north Wales.
Disliked: Nothing. All was perfect and pristine.

Liked: Tracey & Simon were excellent hosts who provided great breakfasts - always on time . Carried our luggage up flights of stairs to our room - Very thankful. Allowed us to use the Breakfast room for our diner when we didn't want to eat out.
