Disliked: The outside of the property, from the front looked decent. But they stuck us in the back, upstairs from the employee "hang out lounge"? Our room furnishings were tired, and gross, frankly; stains on the carpet and furniture, baseboards dirty, shower dirty, window AC looked 30 years old, hardly threw out any cold and and went on and off, loudly, all night long. Large patches of paint coming off the door, and, worst of all, even though a non-smoking room, the room was above the employee smoking pit/congregation area that itself was very trashy so had to see that going in and out of the room. Gross-Gross and GROSS. Spoke to the lady at the front desk about it first thing the morning. Brought her to the room and showed her all the problems. Asked the manager to contact me. He never did.
