Lovely location for a stay...

Liked: Clean, comfortable and quiet in a beautiful garden setting close to botanical gardens and not far from town
Disliked: Maintenance issues - frig door didn't stay closed, kitchen tap broken (but working), bathroom door didn't shut properly, one of the face washers had a tear

Comfortable and spacious room but...

Liked: The location, spaciousness of the room and the comfortable bed were all great.
Disliked: The noise from the room above and adjoining us with people moving and flushing toilets was the worst we have experienced in any place we have stayed. We were in Room 27. Possibly the upstairs ones would not have this problem.

Liked: Comfy beds, good off street parking, having a kitchen & the host was lovely

An ideal place to stay...

Liked: It was easy to get to the gardens. There was a well stocked shop nearby that you could get food without having to take your car.
Disliked: There wasn't anything that we didn't like.
