Disliked: Staff were very unhelpful when having the shower broken and then after leaving called up saying that there was nothing wrong with it. When we had problems and they were not at all accommodating or helpful, they were actually quite rude and treated us poorly.

The accommodation fitted in well...

Liked: Location is ideal as it was a 15 minute walk to the Good Shepherd Nursing Home and about the same to fast food outlets and Stockland shopping mall.

This time round it was...

Liked: I actually like the location of this Motel as it is central to shops, food, and hospital. We have stayed in this motel before and have been happy with previous rooms as they were quite clean and comfortable.
Disliked: Being a non smoker we were put in a room right next to the smoking section which was pretty gross. It is the first time we have been quite unhappy with our stay. The room was also not cleaned properly, there was toothpaste on the bathroom shower wall near the shower gel dispenser, the top of the wardrobe hadn't been cleaned in months.
