A marvelous pink historic Bed...
Liked: I will definitely be staying at Cedar Crest or one of its sister properties the next time I'm in Asheville! The property is close to the Biltmore and downtown Asheville. I loved the pink historic home and all of the rooms in the home! The staff is very accommodating and friendly. The house is kept very clean and the breakfast is fantastic! This is the most beautiful bed and breakfast I have ever stayed in!
Disliked: I wish on booking.com we could select what bedroom we want to stay in. When you book through here you end up being put in a random room- we ended up upgrading to the one we wanted!

Good
Liked: Friendly staff, charming, clean and comfortable.
Disliked: I booked particularly for the warm, cozy fireplaces posted on the website, but neither of them were operational. That was very disappointing.

Gorgeous Victorian Inn
Liked: The Cedar Crest Inn is a splendid pink victorian mansion up a steep hill above downtown Biltmore Village. The house is quite remarkable, with original wood paneling creating a gleaming dark glamour. We had chosen the least expensive room, which was predictably on the small side, especially the bathroom, but it was comfortable and clean. The bed was probably full size rather than Queen. The Inn had only just reopened after a long closure post Hurricane Helene, and there were not many guests. They had said they were not yet serving a full breakfast, and it exceeded our expectations, with fresh yogurt berries, fruit, and granola, along with hard boiled eggs and various bars and snack packs. Hot coffee was kept out all day, and freshly baked chocolate chip cookies were put out. It was a quick, completely direct drive to the heart of downtown Asheville. Biltmore Village is still being rebuilt after Helene. We were happy to be able to patronize this grande dame of a B&B as Biltmore Village starts to recover.
