Disliked: Room heater did not work properly. Advertised free breakfast was not available. Bed was uncomfortable and did not have a blanket. The shower was at best luke warm. The entire place seemed to be under construction with not good lighting or facilities maintenance.

Liked: It's really an amazing family-oriented hotel with amazing staff the rooms are really clean the breakfast is amazing I don't see why paying $200 a night for a room when you can stay here and it's just as good if not better the owner of the property is amazing definitely give cedar cove a five-star rating I will definitely stay there in the future and for the rest of my visits at cedar point for the rest of my life me and my family thank you cedar cove for being so amazing over the entire season of cedar point definitely will be seeing you next year

Liked: staff was nice. Parking was ok. Had to park across the lot and walk back because the corner was blocked off and we were in a corner room.
Disliked: Beds hurt our backs. Food for breakfast was scarce.

Liked: The staff was incredibly friendly and the rooms were updated and comfortable.
Disliked: The nearby train is REALLY LOUD and from the outside, it looks super sketchy. I'd advise anyone to not judge a book by its cover though here because they have clearly been working to make this a great place to stay and the inside shows it!
