Disliked: Had to move rooms as TV wasn't working This is second visit had to move rooms. Last time the room we were given hadn't been cleaned. So not that happy with this

Liked: Staff very friendly helpful and yet still professional. Water offered in lounge area free of charge. Everthing from booking in to checking out was easy. The environment was contemporary and relaxed.
Disliked: Breakfast hot food a could have been hotter a bd fresher. Maybe not put as much out at once. Table service for eggs etc would be nice

Liked: Hotel looked great and had nice atmosphere
Disliked: Breakfast service wasn’t great, took a long time for order to be taken and then the order was wrong

Fabulous, and can't wait to...

Liked: Room was comfy, cosy and quiet. Hotel location was perfect for us, enable us to visit family in Elland. It was also lovely to be able to take a bath instead of usual shower. Everywhere was so clean and well cared for.
Disliked: Everything was spot on but the radiator in our room needed bleeding!

Liked: Good price for valentines weekend. Good location.
Disliked: The booking in procedure, all self manned, we like to speak to reception staff when checking in. It also took a long time to verify 2 room key cards. There was no one available to talk about the facilities (pool usage etc)
