Liked: I need to stay in Coffs Harbour pretty regularly for work and CBD is always the first place I check for availability, the rooms are very clean and comfortable, with everything you need the staff are excellent very welcoming, hot tip contact CBD directly to book if you want to include breakfast (trust me it is worth it)

Liked: The rooms have been revamped and area reasonably modern. Bathrooms are very nice.Air con was a little bit lower powered and even on the highest fan and lowest temps, still didn't get quite as cold as I'd like. However still got cold enough to be comfortable.Staff are very friendly.
Disliked: My room was reasonably close to the highway which made it a bit noisy. I just put on some white noise and it drowned out all of that noise, overall not a huge issue, but was noisy than expected.Car parking for me was probably my least favourite... The car park is VERY tight and my car was a full sized dual cab ute, which made it exceedingly hard to park, as all the early arrivals would take the parks that are easily accessible, leaving the hardest parks left over... Parking was only really an issue because my car was on the large side. With a 10 point turn, got into the park, but realistically was a bit frustrating after a long day of work.

Liked: Modern, clean, well appointed room. Small but fully functional.
Disliked: Close to a loud intersection but noise stopped around 8 PM and didn’t start till six or so. Not recommended for a day sleeper,
