Disliked: The reception areas are shabby and need modernisation. It would appear that this is ongoing as the bedrooms are being modernised. We stayed 3 nights in a premier room and we received a bottle of complimentary water in the room on the first night along with toiletries as expected from a four star hotel. However, the following two days the toiletries were not topped up and we were informed that complimentary water was only given on the first night of our stay. Having stayed in many four star hotels throughout Europe I was astonished to say the least. This practice can only be called mean! The price of the room was the same for each night yet we did not get a discount for the two additional nights. Still there was no complimentary water. Furthermore the toilet paper rolls were not replenished during our stay even although we were running very low by the third day. We wondered whether this was the fault of a particular chambermaid or if the Hotel was making cuts and included not only the complimentary water but also hygiene necessities. We won’t be back to this hotel for the reasons above.

Beautiful Hotel with excellent location

Liked: - We booked the classic suite, space was very good as we had 4 big luggage, beds was very comfy and room is very clean with excellent condition though it want renovated.- Terrace is very beautiful and big with nice city view.- staff were very friendly and helpful, did their best to make our stay comfortable and nice. - location is excellent, you can go to Duomo walking ( approximately 15 to 20 min )- Hotel has a private parking which is very helpful if you are renting a car.
Disliked: There is nothing I didn’t like about the hotel.

Liked: Staff was amazing always helpful and very professional. Julio at the front desk arranged a driver for us and we had a fabulous day in Verona
Disliked: To have room service. After a long day in a tour very tired to go out to eat and there was nothing to eat besides going to your main restaurant
