Disliked: Booked a Superior Room, the room we got was an executive room, which was nothing like the photograph on booking.com.The executive room was shabby although it was clean. If this was a superior room, then I have no idea what an ordinary room was like.Certainly not worth the extra paid for the room.

Great location

Liked: Great location, big room with sea view (No 120) with big comfortable bathroom and nice cosmetics. Parking in a back of hotel, so no need to drive around looking for a place to leave a car for more than 4 hours.
Disliked: Problem with window. After I opened it, I was not able to close it. Fortunately, it was a nice warm night, so opened window was not a big issue.

Disliked: Firstly the room was very hot. Secondly the bedding was not clean, pillow cases and sheets were marked in places.Made staff aware but they did not offer to change the bedding.

Liked: Nothing apart from the service at the reception she seemed nice but sje didn't seem shocked when I complained. The view from the hotel was nice
Disliked: We were sent to an unclean room that stunk. We were put into a room with a balcony. The balcony was smashed piles of fag buts and dirty cups the bed was the most uncomfortable bed I have slept in the pillows where awful damp walls I just won't come back. I refused to eat in the hotel if that's what its like in the rooms. Maybe the cleaners need re training with the amount of dust everywhere and the thick layer of dirt on the windows
