Liked: Best property on the sea front for view. 100/200 meters away from the Pier. Customer service was good and staff was polite. Would definitely make this my regular spot for Eastbourne visit again

Liked: Location very good. Car park very useful though it was at additional cost.Bedroom comfortable and clean though tired. We had a sea view which was nice but the sash window was very grubby with chipped paint.
Disliked: The food was mediocre to say the least. Limited self service buffet with repeat food over two nights. The only thing that changed was the type of meat.Hotel very empty so lacked atmosphere- though it was early in the season (early April). We had to go to the bar to get our own drinks with dinner and take them into the dining room. Food was cleared away before 8.00 pm. We went for coffee in the bar afterwards but they had no milk.
