Liked: The room was fine and the pool is great.
Disliked: Food service at the bar (Atrium) was very poor. Took 3 attempts to order drinks for kids (staff remembered the 3rd time). Food (kids meals) took over an hour and I suspect it would have taken longer if we hadn’t inquired. No apology from staff.

Liked: Need to get rid of carpet in bedroom, dusty
Disliked: Very expensive because our. Stay was at same time as equestrian event which made it very expensive

Superb

Liked: It was very nice that we could have dinner in the hotel and not go out in the cold. Food was quick and very nicely presented. Hotel is situated on a bus route, it made getting along easy as we were without transport for that one day.
Disliked: I would have loved a small safe in the room, also maybe a file to indicate where the pool, sauna, gym etc is.
