Old and smelly

Liked: Location was amazing-walk to Westfield! The lovely lady at reception loaned me a power board which was really handy
Disliked: Our rooms met so bad, the drains in the bathroom smelt like they were 200 years old and not just a slight pong, it was gag worthy. There pleas only one knife and it was a bread knife, couldn’t really chop anything else with it. The pool was not open all the times the sign said it would be, we had to ask to get it opened. Reception wasn’t always manned but they usually came after a while if you rung the bell. I travel a lot for work and am in and out of hotels but this was not my favourite. The staff were friendly but the place is very run down. If not for the smell it may have been ok

Liked: The size of the room, the location of me was good, friendly staff, washing and drying facilities were free, pool looked great.
Disliked: Room 1 has traffic noise, and it wasn't explained very clearly that the $100 deposit is not refunded until 3-4 days after checking out, but apart from that, it was okay.

Liked: Good value for short stay
Disliked: A group of young girls had a party from 1:30am until 5am in the hallway yelling and screaming multiple people approached them asking them to be quiet but they continued on all night long also shower was hot cold hot cold every 30 seconds

Comfortable and value for money

Liked: Sarah (staff member) was lovely and exceptionally helpful. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable. The location is close to main shopping centre and a variety of places to grab a bite to eat.
