Liked: It was okay. The reception staff were friendly. It's close to main places and tram lines that can connect you to train stations and you do have Melbourne Central close by. It was safe and quiet tucked away.
Disliked: To be honest for the money I paid, I could have stayed somewhere else. It was my first time here. The location is a little confusing to find, if you don't know the lane way it's on as it's not directly on little Collins Street. All the hotels I have stayed at offer at least 1 hour later check out. This one didn't even give me at least 30 minutes later. The pillows were very uncomfortable and I didn't sleep well. The room I booked was not what I got. It's appearance was very average whereas in the picture looked a lot nicer. The card had to be swiped a few times to work in the lift.

Great hotel in the middle...

Liked: The location was incredible. Lots of eateries just outside the lobby door. The staff were super helpful and the restaurant below the hotel was amazing

Liked: Location to main centre of town was great but being in the lane meant no view at all from our window.
Disliked: The grout on the tiles in the bathroom really needs replacing. The bathroom itself was nicely set out and reasonably clean but the dirty grout left an unclean impression.
