Comfortable hotel with access to...

Liked: As I wasn’t skiing I was pleased that I could use the whirlpool in the next block!! Armchairs in room very comfy. It would have been nice to have an English speaking TV station besides BBC news - but understand I am in the middle of Switzerland.

Liked: Really big suite, good location, easy parking.
Disliked: Paying for the suite to have the breakfast lady rudely asking “who are you” in German of course.If you’re running a hotel maybe try to train your staff not to be racist?

Liked: Loved the location, the hotel team was outstanding, the restaurant was amazing and the family room was massive. After 7pm the whole town gets very calm and quiet and it was like heaven on earth.
Disliked: My only complaint would be that the room was slightly too hot and we had to sleep with the window open. That brought it's own charm though as we could hear the river at night.

Awesome hotel with friendly and...

Liked: The hotel is very spacious (we booked a suite and had plenty of space for a family). The room even included small kitchen that was unexpected nice surprise. The location is great for winter activities, near the gondola cable car and small ski area for kids is few minutes walk away. The nearest bus stop is just a few minutes walk and free bus takes you to the village for free. Even though in the St. Catrina area you have everything you need- supermarket, leisure sports centre with cafe, sports shop with rental.
Disliked: We loved our stay and definitely come back. The only very minor disappointment was the breakfast, it was very basic and after a week you would have eaten all the options, also I was surprised with lots of items on the buffet being individually packed, something you don’t see that often anymore as more hotels focus on sustainability.

Nice stay

Liked: Nice stay. Close to the lift. Easy to ski to when there is snow.
Disliked: The breakfast was ok but it could have been a bit better. More hot options, eggs etc.

Great but too short to...

Liked: The view from the room, the spacious suite, the cleanless.
Disliked: Only having one proper bed and one sofabed, instead of two proper beds to fit us a couple and my 8 y.o. kid.
