Liked: Breakfast and room were good. The hosts were very friendly too, but no one lives on-site. Hotel was located at a prime spot close to Castle and Cathedral with free parking. Also ate nearby at Thailand No 1 and Gino's which were both nice restaurants.
Disliked: Entry to car park was very tight. For a big vehicle you would have to tuck wing mirrors in. Big plus it was free, which is rare in a big city.

Liked: Staff were wonderful., bed was exceptionally comfortable, had a brilliant night's sleep. Breakfast was cooked to order with good quality produce. The best I have had in a long time.

Liked: The customer service was excellent. I received a phone call in the morning to arrange my arrival, early check in and parking. We were met with a warm welcome, it was lovely to be showed to our room. Breakfast was outstanding.
