great stay
Liked: well located, nice rooms
Disliked: took a bit long to service the rooms, didnt replace the water/coffee/milk everyday ?

Nice city touristic hotel
Liked: Great location, kind stuff.
Disliked: Small rooms, In 4*S I was missing toilet brush, bidet. In the bar most times no personnel. Very small reception ( not possible to fit mire than 10 people at once)

Highly recommend!
Liked: My experience was super positive! I can just highly recommend this hotel to everyone. I especially appreciated the pillows, and they’ve got a menu for them too. Nice well trained and kind staff.
Disliked: There’s a room for improvement though, such as: soundproofing, slippers in the room or even robes would be nice to have. The mini bar is over priced having so many shops around. I heard a neighbor complained about not getting a complimentary bottle of water for his next day of his staying. That’s sth to be solved easily.

Perfect!!
Liked: When we arrived we were upgraded to a superior room with a terrace. This was in the 7th floor and we were really appreciative. However having thought about it, I struggle with lifts and a bad leg, so going up 7 flight is stairs really didn’t work for me. The lady in reception moved us to the first floor, which I appreciate wasn’t ideal especially after upgrading us, but we were not made to feel uncomfortable she went out of her way to make us feel welcomed and no trouble. All the staff were lovely, reception and breakfast members of staff. Breakfast was lovely with lots of choice and the orange juice was amazing. The room was lovely and it was serviced with fresh towels everyday. We can’t rate this hotel and staff highly enough. Location was perfect too. Thank you for making our stay perfect.
