Catalonia Roma is a great...

Liked: Breakfast was wonderful. Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel was easy to get to and from.
Disliked: Didn’t realize the pool was only seasonal.

Very poor

Liked: I am very disappointed with the quality and hygiene of your hotel, me and my wife got skin rush during our stay in your hotel, eventhough we reported and staff took action but I can say problem stayed and your beds are having insects in ....I will escalate this issue as it really pissed us off. I am very happy with good personel but hotel itself is in bad quality so no complaints on hotel staff.

Quite good place to stay...

Liked: Cozy room, spacious bed, nice bathroom, locker in the room, big screen (easy to connect your YouTube or Netflix)
Disliked: The bed was quite stiff, no duvet, not enough fresh air, you could hear all the sounds
