Liked: Location, Very friendly and helpful staff, Clean room , Exellent for a 3 star hotel , exceeded expectations
Disliked: Prices for drinks at the bar are too high ; Greywater smell from the bathroom in our room ( which staff promptly tried to address, but the fix was only short term )

I would like to come...

Liked: Most of it I love it. I want come back again this hotel.

Liked: Did not have breakfast at hotel. The atmosphere of is relaxing and facilities are charming and have a nice historical perspective. The room was nice size and very clean and homely, comfortable. Next to bed had a clothes apparatus to hang clothes, very convenient. Strong box easy to use. Location is great, except could be closer to Metro, but it is ok.
Disliked: Like I said up above could be closer to Metro, but ok. A lot of everything else makes up for this. It is closer to many other nice facilities, like the Cathedral, which is great, and also centrally located to many other tourist attractions and shops.

Overall…a good stay

Liked: Great location. Felt safe. Clean room and environment.
Disliked: Never did figure out how to work the tv. Hard to control shower temperature. As I paid for a suite I was expected a large room with a city view. I got 2 small rooms with the risk of falling down the stairs when accessing the bathroom at night, and an outdoor space with no view. In most countries I have visited, hotel staff make some effort to be friendly and welcoming. I don’t think anyone smiled at us except the fellow who handled our bags when we first arrived and one woman briefly when we checked out. I was in the lobby when another guest was trying make polite conversation with front desk staff, including complimenting the hotel. She was largely ignored. I understand that this the Catalan way but it doesn’t make me eager to return.

Liked: The location was perfect-close to many of the things we wanted to do. Certainly within walking distance and the hop on bus stopped right at the hotel. Breakfast was fantastic. The rooms was super clean and confortable.
