Liked: The staff are really friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable. Great location, easy to walk to many tourist sites as well as shops. Really appreciated being able to leave my luggage after check out so I could make the most of the last day of my stay. Would definitely book with them again. Big thank you!

Liked: Staff and everyone was nice to us, really helpful, room was big and comfortable
Disliked: Breakfast was not good; it was mostly sweet items. They said it was available from 6 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., and we went there at 9:30 a.m. Most of the food was already finished, and they said they wouldn't add more because it was almost time to close. We had to pay 20 euros per person, and it wasn’t worth it.

Great value and service

Liked: Perfect location right in the center, room was very big and comfortable. Staff was excellent. There was some unexpected construction and the staff offered us a satisfactory solution.
Disliked: There was construction during our stay that was not communicated before. It was right next to our room and made a lot of noise during the day.

Liked: The hotel is in a great location in the gothic quarter. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The hotel also has good facilities and the room was clean and a great size. We will definitely stay there again on our next trip to Barcelona.

Liked: Very clean, hotel smelt beautiful. One of the stall members in particular was absolutely delightful. Her name was Jocelyn, she is a real credit to your hotel.
