Liked: Great location. Decent breakfast. Comfy room. Good towels and toiletries
Disliked: Maybe too small for a tripleNot so friendly at reception to my two sons who arrived before me and tried to checck in a bit early. It sounds like they could have been a little bit more friendly. Insisted my son paid for room although it was my card the booking was made under.

Liked: Location is perfect, in the middle of Madrid! The staff was extremelly greatful!
Disliked: The only thing is the price which was higher for just one night! But hotel is comparable with Hilton, Marriot and other similar hotels! So, it was not that bad!

Liked: Fantastic hotel in a central location within walking distance of all tourist spots. Cannot fault the hotel and its amenities. The room was spotlessly clean, very comfortable bed. The staff were all very pleasant and knowledgeable about Madrid. Many great restaurants and cafes in the vicinity. We will definitely visit again.

Liked: The staff are the best part of this hotel chain. They are so attentive and helpful. Nothing is a problem. Our room was exactly as shown in the photos and spotlessly clean. The location was perfect. Highly recommend.
Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: The staff was very helpful and attentive. We do most things on our own but when we needed to call a taxi or find the right restaurant they always had the right answer to help us.
