Lovely hotel close to shops...

Liked: Very close to retail shops and transport. Airport bus is about a 4 minute walk with luggages!Very helpful staff. Thank you Petronella for helping us sort out our cancelled flight with Iberia. We appreciated it very much!
Disliked: Our room card was deactivated on our last day though we hadn’t checked out yet. Had to go back down to reception to activate the room card. At reception, another couple had the same problem. Both of our room cards were activated/resolved at reception. Why deactivate the room card when people haven’t checked out yet? Our luggages/belongings are still in the room!
