Disliked: I wait for over 30 minutes at the reception for the check-in. there were 40/50 people in line who, instead of deviding up 2/3/4 rooms independently, were doing it at rush hour. In addition, of two people at the reception, one was working and one was there watching the line

Liked: This is my 2nd stay and both have been pleasant. Staff pleasant and location a tiny bit out of the way but comfortable. Will probably stay again.

Liked: The room was comfortable and clean, enough space for a family of 4 for a few days. The shower was great, considering it was winter, the water was always warm. The metros and busses are close by and lots of restaurants a few minutes away.
Disliked: The Location is quite far from the city center, and the hotel is uphill, that was a mission after touring the whole day.

Wonderful Hotel but disappointed with...

Liked: The greeting by Roberto on arrival was fantastic. Such a nice man 😊. He made us feel so welcome. Good location for exploring Barcelona. The staff were incredibly helpful. Great value for money in quite an expensive city.
Disliked: We we're a little disappointed that the rooftop swimming pool was undergoing maintenance. But to be honest, we were more disappointed with Booking.com for not keeping their online hotel facilities listing updated and for not notifying us in advance of our stay as a year round open pool was a filter criteria when searching for a hotel and one of the main reasons we chose Catalona Park Putxet.
