I wish it lasted longer...

Liked: I wish my stay lasted longer, it was great :) I was offered an upgraded room without any additional cost. The room was incredibly comfortable and clean. The hotel is beautiful and the location is perfect. I slept like a baby and I loved the big shower! I'll be back soon for sure! Thank you
Disliked: My stay was short, and I didn't experience any negative aspects. Every person of the staff was kind, professional, and attentive. I'm very obsessive about cleanliness, and I have nothing to say about it in this case. Super!

Liked: Very central and staff excellent.
Disliked: A small issue. We were there on New Year’s Eve and the bar was closed, unlike last year. This was inconvenient for many guests who didn’t want to go out late that night and just wanted a drink in the hotel.

Liked: The rooms were large and well laid out. Beds v comfortable. Very clean with a turn down service. Loved the afternoon free tea coffee cake and sandwiches. In an excellent buzzy area with so many tapas bars but easy walking to all sights. Happy and helpfulfront of staff team.
Disliked: Nothing - it suited us perfectly

Liked: Very nice staff. My partner sprained an ankle and the staff brought bags of ice to the room and checked in the next day even!

Great stay

Liked: The staff was lovely and helpfull, both in the reception and in the dining room - they all were super nice and welcoming. The location is the best, breakfast was very good and the overall experience was great!
Disliked: The facility needs some renovation. It was extremly hot (central heat).
