Liked: Breakfast and location were perfect. Close to many attractions. The staff were really kind and helpful
Disliked: The room wasnt comfy. We stayed on the top floor. There was a small window which did not allow ventilation of the room.

Liked: - the hotel is located in the city centre - not far from all the most popular tourist destinations- cleanness- nice decor- free snacks and hot beverages at the lobby in the afternoons- nice staff- good variety of food at the breakfast- comfortable mattress
Disliked: - just a tiny nitpick and not really the hotel's fault: at night sometimes you could hear people leaving local pubs shouting in the street, but that's the price of having a hotel located in the city centre

Liked: It was located at a great spot, easily accessible from the airport and also close by to the central area of Madrid, with great restaurants and stores around. a special mention has to be given to the absolutely magnificent hosts Sheila and Monica, who were so warm, kind and accommodating in making our stay so comfortable. The property was really good, but they were simply amazing. I would love to book this property again and again whenever I am in Madrid, just because Sheila and Monica go out of their way and beyond to make you feel at home. I don’t have enough words to express my gratitude to them.
Disliked: Nothing. Nada. Zero. Zilch. Sheila and Monica ensure that there is nothing that you do not like about this property. Cannot thank them enough.

Best accomodation in Madrid!!!

Liked: The hotel was one of the best we ever stayed in. Our room was spacious, the room service facilities were behond our expectations and they offered us cleaning services 2 times per day. We slept in the most confortable huge bed and it was so quiet even though it is located close to busy aeras.
Disliked: N/a

Disliked: The location is temporarily subject to a closed street due to the construction of a subway station, that makes it a bit more difficult (windy) te reach by taxi . Nothing terrible
