Liked: Great access to the Guggenheim museum which was the main reason for choosing the property.Super friendly and helpful staff and and a terrific buffet breakfast really enjoyed by our two boys.Lovely bar to have a relaxing drink after visiting Bilbao.Very professional.

Lovely location, room and staff

Liked: We had a lovely room - they put us on the 7th floor so we had a balcony we weren’t expecting. The bed was very comfortable, the room got very dark at night for sleeping, and the temperature was very controllable. The shower pressure was GREAT and the shower itself was lovely.Staff were all very friendly. The parking was right at the hotel. It was an easy walk everywhere we wanted to go (10 minutes to Guggenheim, 20 minutes to old city)
Disliked: The food at the restaurant was fair but the service was quite poor. I think maybe they had much more of a crowd than they’d expected, but they ran out of many items and the waits were long. Staff still friendly during tho

Liked: Extremely courteous and friendly check-in by David. The room was super comfortable with USB sockets by both beds! The bed was very very comfortable and the shower is superb! Excellent underground car parking. Just 25mins walk into the old town. Perfect!
Disliked: Zero. Really excellent!

Liked: Perfect setting right in the middle of town. Lovely hotel with good parking facilities and a lovely fragrance around the reception area. Smiley faces everywhere. Breakfast was amazing - very nice man did our coffees for us
