Lovely hotel, great location.

Liked: Very nice hotel. Nice room, comfortable bed, clean bathrooms. Staff very nice and helpful.
Disliked: I didn't sleep particularly well as there was loud running water all night (not in my room).

Amazing hotel in great location....

Liked: We stayed a few times over the past week. The staff are all so friendly and can’t do enough for you. We checked in early both times - and had amazing rooms on the 7th floor. The hotel itself is about 15 minute taxi from the airport, 10 minute walk from San Mames stadium and a 25 minute walk to the old town. The spa and gym facilities were excellent - clean, well maintained and quiet. Didn’t have the breakfast but the bar area was clean and lovely to spend time in.

Superb location with friendly staff.

Liked: Fantastic location with excellent staff and a great breakfast. The bed was large and comfortable.
Disliked: I didn't expect a separate parking charge. The room could have been a little quieter at night (noisy plumbing and slamming doors on the corridor at 3am.) Room service food was poor - go out to eat!
