Liked: The Catalonia hotels are always a good option. Very good location, spacious room, huge and comfortable bed and very good breakfast.

Seville is a beautiful city...

Liked: Breakfast was very good, the room was very nice bathroom and the bath and shower were very good
Disliked: Dont like glass doors on the bathroom,the television difficult to operate the location of the hotel not great but ok

Friendly staff and easy to...

Liked: Had everything that was needed and more. Location was good and only a short walk from the centre.

Exceptional

Clean hotel, not great location,...

Liked: The cleaning staff were outstanding and did an excellent job every day. They were also always really friendly when we saw them on the corridors.
Disliked: Room was really small considering it was an exec room and so expensive. The location wasn’t amazing so would have expected better size rooms for the price. Reception staff not always helpful (but night staff on reception were friendly and helpful). Bathroom was actually split up into separate toilet cubicle and a shower cubicle with the sink in the entrance hallway. Weird layout!

Liked: Breakfast superb. All staff throughout the hotel especially Ceazar at reception were so helpful, professional and efficient. Taxis arrived immediately. Liked the location……close to great restaurants as recommended by Caezar. Pillows were brilliant. Staff cleaning rooms did an incredible job. Every day our rooms were cleaned to a really high standard.
Disliked: Swimming pool was far to close to reception so there was no chance we ladies of a certain vintage were going to use it which was a bit disappointing.
