Disliked: Extraordinarily small for a triple room. The room we were allocated bore no resemblance to our expectations vis-avis the photographs on Booking.com. There is no coffee/tea making facilities. As other reviewers have observed, there was a bad drainsesque odour in the room at all times. We had a leak from the room above, brought this to the attention of the duty manager who confirmed it was from the shower above but did nothing to clean up the mess all over our sink. Astonishing.

Liked: The helpful, friendly staff. Delicious breakfast with a large variety of items available. Upgraded bedroom at no extra charge.

Liked: Breakfast and room service staff were kind. Spacious room where I needed to work. Perfect location in a picturesque neighborhood. I loved the subtle Spanish cultural environment.
Disliked: Fresh biscuits every day. A toilet brush.

Disappointing

Disliked: The temperature in the room was terrible -and very difficult to change! In fact never succeeded!!Furthermore a terrible stank from the sours in thebathroom.

Liked: Location is in quite area. approx 1 km from the center. Highly recommended.
Disliked: I really cannot think of anything. All was perfect

Excellent hotel in a top...

Liked: Very nice hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Price was definitely right as well. We didn't use the restaurant but there are countless restaurants located within a half hour walk of the hotel. The neighbourhood is very lively but our room was very quiet. We would definitely stay here again!
Disliked: Shower head needs changing but everything else was great!
