Liked: The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel was very clean. Our room was far too small
Disliked: Our room. Although clean, it was dark as we could not open the curtains as people could see into the room. It was extremely small and therefore not comfortable for two people

Liked: Friendly staff, nice pool area, comfy beds
Disliked: We had a dimmed glass door with no lock to the bathroom which isn't really ideal when you're a group of 3 friends travelling. I don't really know when it's ever ideal with a see through door to the bathroom though? We had to hang a towel over the door to get privacy. The hotel also did 2 pre authorisation charges of 200+ euro before arrival with no warning of doing so beforehand. These charges got refunded within a few days.

Perfect stay in Madrid

Liked: Perfect localisation, close to Atoche train station, all big museums (Prado!), city center. Lots of restaurants and food market nearby. Close to metro station and buses. Very good breakfast with lots of choices. Nice staff, very good room service.
