Great stay

Liked: Loved the hotel, great staff and location. Even surprised me with a birthday cake. Only downside is you have to pay for the spa.

Great Hotel, great location, super...

Liked: The hotel was in a great location. 10 minutes walk from the main train station that I think connects to the airport. Reina Sofia Gallery is 5 minutes away, housing the Guernica painting by Picasso and many other art treasures. A lovely 15 minute walk takes you to the Prado Museum. The location is super.
Disliked: The breakfast. Overpriced and for me, a very limited range of breakfast food. The bacon was oily and either tough or under cooked, no option for poached eggs, and the scrambled eggs were just not nice, remember this is my judgement, but it's important to share. We had an under cooked burger in the bar area, but the staff were so nice and helpful. Please understand I'm not one to complain unless there is a reason, but honest comments help me make judgements on where I stay.

Good hotel, reasonably clean and...

Liked: We were allocated a tiny room at the back of the hotel which was not up to expectations. The staff moved us to a better room, which was bigger but not as recently renovated. The breakfast was very good.
Disliked: The rooms do not really match up to the expectations in the website, and the wifi was a bit slow.

Liked: The location is goodThe service is fastBut the room and the bath missing a lot of things like toothbrush, bath slippers, bad shampoo and no conditioner, no tissue at the room

Disappointing

Disliked: The room had no windows and we were hidden away. Not pleasant, as we paid full price. We tried to book the spa, they would investigate, but didn’t reply.

Great hotel, great location and...

Liked: The rooms at the new side of the hotel are beautiful. The bed is super comfortable and you have everything you need in the room. Great location and the staff member are always ready to help

Everything was great, but don’t...

Liked: The room was excellent — new, clean, and with soundproof windows, which was absolutely wonderful. However, the quality of the massage was very poor — an absolute disaster. There was also an issue with the restroom on the ground floor in the lobby — the smell was so strong that it was impossible to sit and work there.
