Liked: The location is excellent. Only 20 min walk from train staciion. Right in the middle of Florence. 2 min from the hotel you have a choice of bars and restaurants. Little convenience shop only 5 min walk for snacks ,wine and beer. All must see places in Florence no more than 10 min walk from hotel. The hotel is spotless, with a really good breakfast. Super comfortable beds and slightly quirky decor where old meets new. Pool and sauna are a really nice way to relax after a long day of sightseeing. The hotel is exactly like in pictures. Staff are really friendly and helpful. When in Florence ,we will definitely stay there again.
Disliked: More coffee sachets in the room would have been great.

A delightful few days.

Liked: Loved the sensitive renovation. Brilliant location between Uffizi & Duomo.They tried hard to provide a continental breakfast that would satisfy clients from numerous countries, but this was at the expense of an Italian experience. The transfer recommendation was great.

Liked: Lovely place. But… children are not allowed in the pool. This was one of the reasons we’d chosen this hotel. Buried away in the small-print it apparently tells us this - but I can’t find it. Needs to be made much clearer please.

Great location, friendly staff

Liked: Great stay here in Florence, the location was close to all the attractions, restaurants and shops. The room was comfortable albeit very dark. There were a few bulbs out in the room which probably didn't help. The rooms were nicely decorated and we had clean towels every day. The breakfasts were great, ample choice and very tasty. The staff were very helpful and friendly etc
