Good
Liked: Very nice staff, great food.
Disliked: Rooms were clean but could do with a paint. Lots of wear and tear marks in rooms and hallways.

Nice hotel with nice food...
Liked: Staff were very helpful and attentive. Bedroom was nice and spacious . Property was convenient for us to attend our event . Food was very nice
Disliked: Would have been nice to have bottles of water in the bedroom. Some of the communal areas were grubby. Stained carpets. Doors on corridors need to be painted

Poor
Disliked: The room is very old and there are some worms in the bathroom... There was a false alarm at 11pm and everyone went out the room and the reception didn't inform us properly... We were there with our baby who just fell asleep and had to get up and went out because of the alarm. The hotel didn't even bother to apolgize for the false alarm.

Liked: Well ran hotel, loads of facilities, good staff. Excellent venue for weddings. Rooms are nice but basic in teems of size and style but more than adequate. Food is good. Couldnt fault this hotel

Unsatisfactory
Liked: The room was clean
Disliked: The bed was very hard , bathroom sink had no water pressure had to use the bath taps for water , the plug sockets next to the bed were round pin ( not much use to someone with sleep apnea ) the room was very cold no heating and air conditioning was broken no hot air , the bar/restaurant manager was very cranky and rude when trying to get a table to eat dinner he was giving out to another staff member in front of customers very unprofessional , the only member of staff who was actually very nice was the young man who got us a table and was very helpful but he was dressed differently more casual , when we returned to the hotel in the evening 11pm the bar was open but the service was very poor and slow the bartender kept looking at the clock to see how long he had left , The Breakfast what a disaster , came down at 9:30am and the a lot of what was on offer was gone and they were reluctant to replace because 10am was closing no plates , juice , puddings no one to offer tea or coffee staff had no interest only trying to clear away everything
