Disliked: Mattress was too soft

Uncomfortable

Liked: The staff were friendly and the lobby had a lovely smell.
Disliked: The bed was very uncomfortable and lumpy. The pillows were so flat and hard. I barely got any sleep. Kept hearing some loud noises during the night too.I was very uneasy in the lift as it seems old and made a lot of unsettling sounds. I think there are more modern comfortable hotels around for that same value.

Liked: The location was great for sites in the city. The beds were soft and the staff was very friendly.
Disliked: The bathroom door was a barn door type and didn’t close all the way. It would have been nice if the continental breakfast was included with the room.
