Disliked: Bathroom needs updating and the room door to the room has a gap needs replacing the price reflects on the general decor of the room have stayed here twice now and won't be using it again

Liked: We had previously stayed here in February, in the family room in the main building. So we booked again expecting the same standard of accommodation. There is plenty of parking and it’s in a convenient location and easy to find. The lady that booked us in was friendly and professional.
Disliked: We booked a twin room and were allocated a room in the outer building. The entrance door and surrounding area wasn’t very welcoming. We went into the room and it was poorly maintained and grotty. Stains on walls, black mold on shower areas. Taped up hose on hair dryer. We then noticed that the window latch was broken and not secure. The window blinds were frayed with discolouration. The mattresses on the beds were lumpy and the springs were protruding. Poor quality bedding and pillows. Poor nights sleep, very disappointing. We have emailed the hotel manager and we are awaiting a response.
