Liked: Lovely sized rooms, comfortable beds, friendly staff and everywhere was exceptionally clean. Lovely food too. Staff who were particularly helpful - Jan, Martin and Karen (hope I remembered correctly).

Liked: Didn’t like anything dated old fashioned room. Wouldn’t recommend at all will never be back.
Disliked: Old dated room and customer service was appalling.

Lovely place to stay

Liked: Was there for a family event and due to weather arrived late. Staff were just so helpful, a special mention to Martin , a really lovely gentleman. Had breakfast and a light late evening meal in the hotel and both delicious with lots of choice. Nice bar area, so welcome when you've been on the road for over ten hours. Rooms are very spacious and comfortable. Bathroom was decorated beautifully- bath and shower in ours.
Disliked: Minor but thought the very dated hairdryer attached to the wall looked out of place but did the job. Any chance of putting a hook on the bathroom door to hang things please.

Liked: Very friendly staff, plenty of space in the car park, warm room,.accommodated my request.
Disliked: The room was a little dated, with a dripping tap on the bathtub but it was clean.The restaurant was good too.
