Great choice for families

Liked: the staff was very polite, giving a helping hand and proactivevery nice property with a restaurant and poolfood was delicious and great service rooms clean and cosy, as well as the pool area

I was not happy

Liked: It’s ok not bad not super
Disliked: De employs are very rude and unfriendly specially who works in breakfast hall the man and the blond lady. They have no manners to talk even.

Good

Disliked: Air conditioning unit inside my room was very dirty, so it could not cool enough the room. Also the locker was without batteries, so people in reception gave me a key to use it, in instead of the password. Last, some of the people who work at the restaurant are not friendly.

Exceptional

Liked: The room was really nice and big, very friendly and helpful staff, shuttle service was a big plus for us. We liked it very much.
Disliked: The location is a bit far from city centre but with the shuttle service it is not a big deal.

Beautiful Prague Reaidence!

Liked: Beautiful setting. Outside parking in a lovely garden space was a blessing! The view from the upper garden was amazing. And the breakfast was so good! We had dinner at the on site restaurant one evening. It was delicious and a beautiful outside setting to enjoy!

Nice Estate Style

Liked: It's kind of cool. It's not really a castle but a very nice home estate on a hill with a private entry. The staff were very nice and offered shuttle service to the local train station, Holesvice, and to the bus stop that takes you to Prague proper. Priced about right.
Disliked: The hotel needs a remodel. Everything seems old. Paint throughout and lighting for a start The room was good size, but the bed was a European style wood frame with about a 3-4 inch mattress. The pillow was good. Curtains needed replacement, and there was no view of anything. The bathroom was OK and clean but needed remodeling, too. The water pressure was great. TV was way out of date and very small for the room. I was going to use the pool and sauna, but there were a bunch of moms and babies in the pool room that morning, and I didn't feel like swimming in pee.
