I guess I was expecting...

Liked: Location. Cleanliness of room. Hot water service was good. Internet connection was good.
Disliked: No hand towels provided. No small face towel provided. No safe provided for valuables. Options for room service (we were surprised that our room was serviced but towels were not replaced). The initial room we were given had a non-functional air conditioner.

Liked: Fabulous location. A walk away to town.Fantastic water pressure both shower and taps. Clean and comfortable beds.

Great value for money, convenient...

Liked: The room was very clean and spacious (not overcrowded with furniture). There was daily room service, though not necessary. Location was ideal and on a main outlet road but traffic noise was minimal. Parking was inside the motel and right outside the door. The bathroom was a good size with only a small step over into the shower.
Disliked: An option to have or not have room service, for example a notice to put on the door. The pool was closed because of an extreme downpour the previous day and would not be open until the weather improved.

Great location walking distance to...

Liked: The location is great as it is walking distance to town. We didn’t have a car. It was very clean and comfortable. The shower was wonderful.
Disliked: There were no hand towels until I asked and coffee/tea etc weren’t replenished unless asked during our 3 day stay. The awful cigarette bucket on the outdoor table was off putting for a non smoker. Especially as we had dinner out there one night. I put it away. Family members said the pool was green with algae. I thought it was expensive.
