Exceptional

Liked: Everything was perfect! I knew the location was very good but I didn't realize it was *this* good until I recognized the building from across the square :) incredibly easy to access from the airport, right in the middle of Old Town, perfectly clean room, comfortable bed, super nice and helpful staff, and excellent breakfast.I would like to thank the staff (especially Lucy!) once more. Everyone I talked to in the hotel was so kind and friendly, and they really helped me get the most out of my very short stay in Warsaw with their recommendations. Thank you!
Disliked: Minor detail: the room smelled a bit weird when I first checked in. It was most likely just the old building-carpets etc. combined with some cleaning products (the room was super clean). I left the window open for about an hour as I went out to discover Old Town, and the smell was gone when I came back, so it wasn't a problem at all.

Charming, quiet, great location.

Liked: High ceilings, thick walls and a quiet room made it a very comfortable stay. The location is fantastic, right in the old town and walking distance of Centrum. You are even 5 minutes walk away from a bus to the airport. Staff are charming and helpful.

Our stay was ok, but...

Liked: Castle Inn is situated in the heart of Warsaw's Old Town, and the location is ideal to discover the city.
Disliked: The room was entirely red and black, horrible decoration and not the ideal to relax and sleep. The mattress was uncomfortable. We had asked for 2 single beds, but we were given a double one. Not the best choice since we were two friends.Breakfast was really disappointing. First of all starting too late: 8:30am.Secondly, there was no buffet or anything. We were asked to choose one of these two choices: "sweet" or "salty".We chose the "salty" version, which consisted of a plate with 2 slices of salami, 1 slice of ham and 2 slices of cheese. Nothing more. Really poor breakfast I should say.

A pleasant night spent in...

Liked: The hotel is truly a gem! The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and the bed was very comfortable. The view of the main square and the delightful breakfast were wonderful surprises. The bathroom was large, and as an Italian, I was pleasantly surprised to find a bidet. I highly recommend this hotel!
