Lovely value for money

Liked: Perfect location with free parking to access the city. The staff were friendly and helpful.The breakfast is basic but we knew this before hand and were fine with it. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel cat was adorable and a treat. Overall great value for money and we will be back again for the next child's graduation 🎓
Disliked: Nothing.

City hotel worth a visit.

Liked: Staff welcoming and location to city centre fabulous. Rooms well laid out.
Disliked: TV in room could have been larger to allow comfy experience from bed or more centrally placed.

Great place!

Liked: Perfect location, very close to all the shops, restaurants and main attractions. Friendly staff and very helpful.We had a family room facing the street, couldn't hear the outside noises during night time, space in the room is plenty and bathroom big too. Plenty of towels, toilet paper, coffees, teas. Exceed it our needs, good sleep, the radiators were burning but i think it was necessary as the room was big.We were in town just for a night and it made the perfect week-end for visiting Canterbury.Thank you Bryan for the surprise in the end for my husband's birthday.The garden looked nice and adds value to the hotel.
Disliked: Future visitors I'm sure they will be aspects of the place that you won't like is just our whole experience made it a very enjoyable stay.

Comfortable, good location, fantastic breakfast.

Liked: Lovely spacious clean room. Fantastic continental style breakfast. Plenty of character in the buildings, maintaining the history but updating to comfortable value for money accommodation.
Disliked: Shower could have had better water pressure, and in our particular room the toilet seat had a tendency to try and shut itself before we needed it to.

Liked: There’s more to the 4walls of ur room in fact the wall the hotel is built on is over 1000 years old the history is fascinating Brian the night porter his brilliant friendly fellow my son n me enjoyed the whole conversation about the history I which the castle house hotel is connected with
Disliked: So my bed sheet wasn’t clean wen I got there and something wasn’t right felt very uncomfortable at night to settle though due to one porter who was quite un friendly just think if ur tht unhappy find another job grunting would talk in polite manner made me and my son feel sorry uncomfortable jess is her name when breakfast was to be service as its all cold serving toast was cold too which my son had cold toast n doesn’t like tht but Thts due to his needs

Liked: Close to town, friendly staff who dealt with our room problem quickly
Disliked: Music playing in the bar could be heard in bedroom until 10.30
