A perfect place to stay.

Liked: An excellent, reasonably priced and very comfortable b&b in a great location for visiting Canterbury. This really is a lovely town to visit and everything was in walking distance. Some reviews have complained about there not being a cooked breakfast. However, there was such an amazing range of foods on offer that I really enjoyed it: cereals, seeds, nuts, dried fruits, yoghurt, cereal bars, croissants, toast, cheese, ham .... fabulous! The room was very comfortable, very warm and a good size even though we chose a small double. It was lovely to have a bath in the bathroom.
Disliked: Nothing - all great. It was probably my own error, but worth mentioning that this b&b does have its own private car park. We parked in the fee paying car park next door before we realised our mistake and moved.

Lovely quaint little stay would...

Liked: The hotel is not 100% what it looks like in the photos however it’s a very quaint little place and has value for its money. It’s in a wonderful location less than a 10 minute walk to the city centre. Despite being next to a busy roundabout it’s very quiet. It’s a lovely place to stay for a few nights whilst exploring Canterbury. I’d stay here again.
Disliked: The water pressure in the shower is not good it barely comes out however it’s super hot so it’s ok

As a previous customer we...

Liked: I have stayed here twice before and the hotel is in a good location with parking.
Disliked: The room that we had in the coach house at night the pipes were knocking and making a noise all night and had no sleep. The room was like a sauna as it was very hot with no way of turning the heating down. The mixer tap in the bath was dangerous as the water was extremely hot and you had to sit in the bath and hold down the button to get bath water to flow. Also in the bathroom there was a lot of broken tiles on the floor which have been repaired but still sharp. The tiles need replaced!. As for the breakfast in the morning you used to get a full English breakfast but now this hotel gives you the cheapest form of continental breakfast. We won't be returning to this hotel again.
