Lovely night away

Liked: Excellent location by the castle. Right in the town centre and everything in walking distance. The room was clean and comfortable. Didn’t try the food or bar there so can’t comment

Disliked: Heating not working despite 2 requests Being asked for credit card details to be written down including security code for storage in office due to previous room damage

Liked: Hotel made special arrangements for my late arrival and early departure.
Disliked: Quiet and peaceful environment.

Brilliant and worth it.

Liked: The property is situated in a central location, what made my stay was how friendly the staff were, from the moment I arrived they bent over backwards to help in anyway they could. I’ve stayed in many chain hotels and they do not compare to the staff here.
Disliked: The only thing and it is a dislike. The properties interior could do with a bit of a revamp.

Disappointing

Liked: The closeness to town
Disliked: The bar was closed to hotel users due to a wedding taking place in another room from the bar.We could smell drains in our room (11)No staff members were available due to the wedding.. the only staff available in the morning upon leaving was the cleaner who told us no one was available.. we checked out at 10:20am
