Disliked: Having to pay extra for parking at a nearby parking, while they clearly said before we booked we could park at the hotel, which was one of the reasons we booked here. And the hotel parking was completely empty during our stay.

Liked: Reception staff (Andrew & Julia) couldn’t do enough for you. They were super friendly and super helpful. The girls at breakfast were also cheerful and efficient . Breakfast was delicious with a good choice. The location is perfect for Lincoln old town . Our room had a fabulous view of the cathedral which was stunning when lit up at night and the hotel overlooked the castle . We stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed every minute.
Disliked: The only thing we thought could have enhanced our stay would have been a fridge in our room as we do love a cup of tea and would have preferred to keep our fresh milk in a fridge but this was certainly not an issue but is just something to mention.

Comfortable - welcoming - perfect...

Liked: Where to start ! Beautiful views, exceptionally clean ! The breakfast was absolutely outstanding - cooked to perfection and to order. Wide variety of food choice - all very fresh and beautifully presented Reasonable bar prices And to top it off- unfortunately didn’t get his name but the guy on reception was absolutely incredible- he is the absolute definition of perfect customer service and hospitality. He could not do enough for every guest - he is warm, welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable and funny ! This guy from the off sets of the entire ambience of the hotel and I will absolutely be back !

Liked: The staff was friendly and helpful. India was a great hostess. The beds were comfortable and our room was cute and well stocked . The location was perfect for sightseeing and finding unique restaurants. The breakfast was delicious and served early enough for us to eat and still catch our train.
