Looks good but very poor...

Liked: We did not use resturaunt as all reports were only average and expensive. When told there was a seven pound service charge for room service we decided to eat elswhere and did not support the hotel.
Disliked: Every and anything you expect from this style of hotel was extra and as reported rooms were noisy at night due to badly sited utilities such as heat pumping rooms

Nice place to stay

Liked: The service was great and the room was very clean.
Disliked: Whilst the food was nice, the options were very limited.

Disliked: Are room was right night to reception so we heard everyone coming and going and in the evening. Just a little loud but that's not down to the hotel that's all guest not being respectful. Also bed was a little hard.

Liked: Good location Friendly staff Bar area was nice and drinks were not too expensive
Disliked: The room cleanliness was average. Bedding wasn’t changed on the 2nd night just made, Bins were not emptied or towels changed.The bathroom wasn’t cleaned Extractor fan in the bathroom was poor as any longer then a 2 minute shower you were in a steam roomRoom service menu could have been better as sandwiches and 3 main options is disappointing .Romance package was awful, £40 for cheap Prosecco and 10 rose petals on the bed.

Wonderful experience, great bar, great...

Liked: The staff were phenomenal, and the room had a balcony overlooking an amazing view. The room was cleaned whilst we were at breakfast, honestly highly recommend!
Disliked: The spa facilities were the only let down, just a steam room and a small pool, heated floor in the changing rooms and lovely hot showers but not enough there to call it a spa in my opinion!
