A lovely, relaxing stay and...

Liked: The breakfast and dinners were lovely and good choice. The staff attending on all occasions were exceptional, efficient, courteous and friendly. It really made a difference. A lovely extra touch was the 'welcome' plate with lovely cakes for our friend's room, she has health challenges and it really was a lovely treat. Sincere thanks, and very much appreciated
Disliked: Maybe granola or muesli added to the cereals...it's just a small thing.

Served the purpose thank god...

Liked: Comfortable beds nice view lovely breakfast
Disliked: We was on 4th floor and no fire escape or smoke alarm don’t think that’s even legal. Curtains were grotty and falling apart filthy windows on inside

Disliked: The room we were given wasn't the same as booking.com confirmation... We ended up in the house which was walking distance to the main hotel. The room was massively dated, big hole behind the bathroom door. Tiles broke on bathroom floor. TV at the side of the wall, I would have expected it to be more centred.Big disappointment, booking.com had us in an executive room, what we were given was very far from that. We had went up for 2 nights for our birthdays. Wouldn't go back. Ordered room service the first night, and the guy who answered the bar extension actually said call back in 20 mins we have just received a big party come in... I was like.. what !! Surely just take my order and make it when you are less busy.
