Staff is extremely friendly and helpful; rooms are clean and bed was comfy. I will book again at Castillo Real.

Liked: Great location
Disliked: Too much renovation going on. Pool closed, restaurant not open, no lights in vanity area. Lights with no switch to cut them off, had to unscrew bulbs.

Liked: Rooms and location was nice..
Disliked: There was no pool or hot tubs. When we booked it stayed that the was no restaurant in the hotel because of renovation but did not stayed that the pool and hot tub was not in use!! Very disappointing!!

Liked: Very friendly staff, nice and clean property, the room was very large and the location is key to downtown area very nice.
Disliked: Nothing I did not like honestly Maybe better lighting in the bathroom
