Staff is extremely friendly and helpful; rooms are clean and bed was comfy. I will book again at Castillo Real.

Liked: The staff was exceptionally helpful, this is the second time we have stayed here and it was awesome and affordable. There was construction going on and the key card machine was down but they were just minor inconveniences that didn’t impact us. Staff was willing to take us to the room without having attitude.

Nice place to stay for...

Liked: Room was spacious and updated, and the balcony was amazing! Hotel was close to the entertainment I planned for the evening.
Disliked: Pillows were hard as a rock! Didn't sleep well at all. There wasn't good water pressure from the shower and the water was Luke warm - I prefer a hot shower so hated that. No place to set soap or any other shower items. And what was horrible was there was nothing but a standup lamp in the bathroom sink area! OMG I couldn't apply makeup in that lighting!Restaurant was closed as well as many of the other amenities.

Disliked: Under construction and key card machine broke do no key to room, had to have someone let us in our room each time we wanted in. Partial view of ocean room had a very very slim view of ocean past rows of houses.
