Perfect in every way.

Liked: We have stayed in many hotels in Europe during the past 40 years and this is one of the best in terms of comfort, value for money and staff. It is not so much a beautiful hotel but a stately home which it used to be in times gone by. It is still owned by the same family and every room is furnished with their personal antiques and pictures and each time we stay here we feel honoured. The hotel also has a very good restaurant with a very good wine selection.

Liked: Beautiful location, very modern room and bath with everything needed, beautiful common rooms in old castle. Staff was very friendly, helpful, and spoke excellent English.
Disliked: There was a large tour group when we were there and they couldn’t accommodate us in the main dining room. We were not informed when we made arrangements to stay there.

Liked: Castello di Monterado is a top class hotel. Situated in a beautiful location in the hills of Marche with a view of the sea. The staff is very service oriented and extremely friendly. We lacked nothing from breakfast to dinner. Everything top! We stayed in the Prince's Suite and it is very spacious with 100 square meters.
Disliked: nothing
