Enjoyed the location. Would definitely...

Liked: The location was phenomenal. The man who worked the night we checked in was wonderful, engaging and helpful. Parking was very convenient. Close to the train station was great too.
Disliked: The room vents/air conditioner were extremely dusty. Looks like they have never been cleaned out.

Perfect place to stay in...

Liked: The staff were very friendly to us and to our dog. We arrived late in the night but he welcomed us and really tried to help us to reach the hotel since the street was closed. Hotel has nice wide parking and it’s in the heart of the city. Right in front of it there plenty of restaurants. Room feels huge for its very high ceilings (I think it’s about 3,5-4 meters!!)

Amazing stay in Castelfranco

Liked: What I mostly enjoed of my stay was the very comfortable bed and pillow of the room, I guess the best I have ever had. A part from this, I appreciated a lot the cleanliness of the hotel.

Nice clean hotel not too...

Liked: Good basic hotel. Room decent and very clean. Great value overall. Excellent breakfast and very friendly, helpful staff. Good wifi. Ample parking.
Disliked: The location is a double-edged sword. It's located near the center of a nice town and has lots of shops nearby, but when I arrived, the center was a pedestrian-only zone, which meant Google Maps couldn't figure out how to get me there because the road to the hotel and its parking is open only for authorized/local traffic (which includes hotel guests, but Google didn't know that). After finally parking the car in a nearby piazza and walking to the hotel, the person at the reception explained everything, and it turned out fine, but it would be good if the hotel could proactively alert guests in advance (by sending a booking.com message?) about how to get to the hotel and park their car.
