This was the best hotel...

Liked: The location was great. It was close to everything that we needed to visit. The room had been refurbished and was very modern. This was the only hotel that had a shower recess and no bath so was easy and safer to use than the shower over a bath. This was the best hotel we stayed in during our travels throughout the UK and Scotland.

Comfortable and easy overnight stay

Liked: Quad room was convenient for the family to stay together, the bar had good food and a nice atmosphere. I am glad they had a gym, lobby seating area, and restaurant. The woman at the check in desk was nice when we checked in and gave us a room closer to elevator for my parents.
Disliked: We couldn’t get hotel parking and had to park in a QPark, but the staff gave us an expired discount ticket which expired two months ago so we had to pay full price for the parking which was inconvenient. The rooms are also quite dark, so for older folks it can hard to be see in the room.

Liked: Hotel is in a great location. Beds were very comfortable.
Disliked: Room wasn't very clean. Very dusty on the bedside tables and dressing table. Rouge hairs on the toilet seat when we arrived and noticed the sink was very slow to drain away, upon taking the cap off the plug off the sink hole was filled with hair and slime and gunk. Really off-putting.
