Delicious breakfast and luxury stay...

Liked: The beds were so comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. The pool and sauna were really relaxing. The pan dulce was delicious. We loved everything.
Disliked: The room was not so good isolated so some noise woke us up in the morning.

Liked: The staff at front desk were great! Miguel went out of his way to make sure I had the info to get around and get the most out of my visit in Puebla and Atlixco
Disliked: Waiter staff in restaurant seems robotic formal. As if they are serving the king and queen. A bit more relaxed would be nice…imhoBut they are very nice

Liked: Location is ideal for activities downtown. Staff are very attentive, courteous, competent. Facility is beautiful.
Disliked: There was a consistent problem with the toilet, in spite of staff promptly attending to it twice during our stay.
