Nice place, but unresolved issue...

Liked: Nice and clean rooms, great pool and a nice pool bar.
Disliked: A breakfast voucher of 20 dollars per room is way too little to cover the breakfast cost for 2 people, let alone stand for the 4 people we had per room. But much worse is the administration and communication. A large bill of a another room has wrongly been charged on my creditcard, as confirmed by the hotel itself. Things like this can happen but after almost a month this still hasn't been solved despite my numerous calls and e-mails. Hotel says it is the restaurant, restaurant seems unable to communicate at all. I still hope this gets solved but it gives a bitter aftertaste of the few days we spent there.

Worked for what we needed

Liked: The location is great, the pool and lobby are very nice. They have obviously been remodeled and are lovely. Plus they are dog friendly and the price is right.
Disliked: The rooms are clean and spacious but they have been redone in the past several years and need it again. Peeling paint in the bathroom, fixtures don’t work,etc … not a big deal. The biggest thing - there seems to be a lot of interesting characters milling about and the outside doors don’t completely latch. So you never knew who was wandering around inside the hotel. Just felt a little seedy.

Disliked: WiFi was spotty at times! You can tell that they just purchased and are in the process of upgrading it. It has great potential.
