Very costly and uncomfortable

Liked: Staff was not very nice and accused us of smoking marijuana in the room which was not true and charged 100.00 fee for smoking and also said breakfast was included with our stay and when we went down for breakfast the one time we did it cost for every item they had and it wasn’t free and it was awful so we paid 40.00 for two coffee drinks and 2 breakfast sandwiches and also there was no microwave on the hotel so we had to walk over to the other hotel aloft to use their microwave and so a stay that was only suppost to cost 728.00 ended up costing 924.00 and wasn’t worth it at all.

Disliked: Room was a lot smaller than expecting for the price I paid didn't have a hot tub like it was in the description which is what we really wanted and still trying to figure out why we was charged $150 more than one I paid on booking when the only thing we got was a parking pass and they said was $25

Highly recommend-worth it

Liked: Close to St Luke’s Hospital and Country Club Plaza. Beautiful lobby area. Everything was spotless, brand new.
Disliked: Room was small but well appointed.

Liked: The property was perfect for us!
Disliked: Very easy to access from the street into the garage where the very friendly, respectful, and helpful valet were waiting. The front desk was full of eager, smiling faces ready to help just as soon as you step in the doors from the valet, and the rooms are very clean, gorgeous, and up to date! We will definitely stay again, and look for this brand in other towns in our travels! Thank You, Cascade for making our trip even better! P.S…. Desk Manager even gave us a nice sweet treat after the football game since we had traveled in town to watch the visiting team.
