Liked: The property was perfect for us!
Disliked: Very easy to access from the street into the garage where the very friendly, respectful, and helpful valet were waiting. The front desk was full of eager, smiling faces ready to help just as soon as you step in the doors from the valet, and the rooms are very clean, gorgeous, and up to date! We will definitely stay again, and look for this brand in other towns in our travels! Thank You, Cascade for making our trip even better! P.S…. Desk Manager even gave us a nice sweet treat after the football game since we had traveled in town to watch the visiting team.

Disliked: Bed was terrible. Not much sleep for 2 nights😡1st room toilet wouldn’t flush. Had to change rooms

Disliked: Even though there was a kurig coffee make in the room, it would be nice to have free coffee in the lobby or restaurants. Having to pay $4.50 a standard cup of coffee is outrageous. The shower only allowed you use the wand and shower head separately.

Liked: Great location, beautiful building, wonderful staff, good parking, close to shopping and restaurants.
Disliked: Odd that a newer hotel, with a water theme of decor, doesn’t have a pool.
